This morning, sanded down the landscape around Franklin Farms. Filled in gaps between the landscape and fascia board by the McGee Creek bluff.
Painted the dirt and tried my hand at adding grass to the layout. I mixed up three colors and just took a stab at it. I'm not sure what to think about it yet. We'll see after it dries in the morning. If it's not right, I might have to call on some resources to help get the colors right. Afterall, I am color blind.

Progress Report 02.27.12
Sorry, I have been offline for a few days. I have been sidetracked with car issues and such.
A little bit of progress has been made. I have completed staging the layout for the next op session including all paperwork, new OS sheets at each station, etc.
This morning, engineering returned to duty after their OSHA violation a week ago. The landscape around the Mississippi River has been cut, shaped and glued. This evening, I applied the joint compound to both banks of the river and around the bridge abutments.
