Progress Report 07.23.12

Construction continues on the ROCK.  Since, we have been in the habit of creating saw dust lately, why not continue that trend?  Instead of moving toward cleaning up the room tonight, I decided to go ahead and install the fascia on the new benchwork.  I managed to cut and install the fascia from the hallway out to the former ovalix benchwork on the lower level.  That's probably about 45% of what needs to be completed.  Not bad.

I fired up the NCE system tonight.  Considering the amount of destruction over the last two months, there was some concern if everything was still ok in the electronics department.  I'm happy to report all is well.  We even moved a few locomotives around tonight.  The track is dirty, but that was expected.

Tomorrow night, I will hopefully complete installing the fascia boards.  I will then move back to clean-up duty.
